Hi, I’m Merlynne.
I’m an author, illustrator, entrepreneur and educator passionate about helping children build confidence through storytelling, creativity and positive self-belief.
My journey started with a simple ideas: creating stories that help children see the beauty and potential within themselves.
As a self-taught illustrator and independent author, I wrote and illustrated She’s Beautiful Inside & Out, a children’s book inspired by my own experiences and the values that shaped me growing up. What vegan as a personal project has grown into something much bigger than I ever imagined. Today, I visit schools, libraries and community organisations to share my story, inspire young readers and encourage children to believe in themselves. My work has taken me beyond the UK, allowing me to connect with educators, families and young people from different backgrounds and cultures.
Alongside my work as an author, I am the founder of Nova-Reign, an educational resource brand created to make learning engaging, accessible and meaningful for young learners.
Everything I create is rooted in one goal: helping children develop confidence, embrace their individuality and discover the power of their own voice.
When I’m not writing, illustrating or creating educational resources, you’ll usually find me travelling, exploring new places, visiting schools or working on my next creative project.
